Cohesive Brand Guidelines for Piper Products

Brand Guidelines Piper Products designs and manufactures foodservice equipment solutions used in multiple markets (including grocery, convenience, education, and healthcare). We’re evolving our brand presence and need a cohesive, professional brand guidelines system that’s easy for internal teams and external partners to use consistently. What We Need We’re looking for an experienced brand designer/strategist to create a complete Brand Guidelines / Brand Standards package for Piper Products. The goal is a modern, clear, and usable set of standards that tightens consistency across print, digital, trade show, sales enablement, and product literature. Key Deliverables You will create a brand guidelines package that includes: 1) Brand Foundations Brand overview, positioning summary, audience notes (high-level) Brand personality + voice/tone guidance Messaging pillars (lightweight but usable) 2) Visual Identity Standards - Keep current logo Logo usage (primary/secondary marks, lockups, clear space, minimum size, misuse examples) Color palette (primary/secondary/neutral + HEX/RGB/CMYK/Pantone guidance where relevant) Typography system (primary + secondary fonts, hierarchy rules, usage examples) Iconography + illustration guidance (if applicable) Photography direction (style guidance + do/don’t examples) Layout principles (grid, spacing, composition rules) 3) Application Examples Social post templates guidance Email/marketing headers One-pager / brochure cover guidance Tradeshow/signage style notes PowerPoint/Google Slides direction (at least a basic layout approach) 4) Asset Toolkit Organized brand assets package (logos, color values, font specs, sample templates) File naming + folder structure recommendation Quick-reference one-pager (“brand rules at a glance”) 5) Final Outputs Brand Guidelines delivered as PDF (and editable working file) Packaged assets delivered in a clean folder structure (AI/EPS/SVG/PNG/JPG as needed) What We’ll Provide Existing logos/brand materials (current state) Examples of current catalogs/literature/digital usage
