Small Structure Architectural Floor Plan

Need conceptual architectural floor plans for a structure of the following dimensions: Depth 14', Height of Wall 13', Height of Roof 17', Width 33', Slope of roof = 6/12. Floor plans are to be developed on a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot.
South side of the structure = is the entrance. Entrance to be recessed by 2'. Recessed section of entrance to = 12' in width. The east side of the structure faces the street and needs to have limited windows. The west side of the structure is to have 10' of windows. The north side of the structure is to have 2x4' windows.
Structural timber throughout is to have 2x6", which should be taken into account with regard to the interior dimensions of the floor plan.
Representative pictures of the entrance are enclosed. Representative pictures of the west side of the structure are also enclosed.
