I'm looking for an architectural designer to develop a residential project on a plot (2500)m2) of land that I already own. I'm open to any style, so there are no specific preferences in terms of design. The project is for a residential building and I am hoping to find someone with ample experience in these sorts of projects. I would expect the designer to provide me concept drawings, 3D renderings, plan views, elevations, as well as other drawings related to the project. Ideally, the designer should also be able to provide guidance on the necessary permits and other documentation required for the project. Ultimately, I’m looking for someone that can take my project from conceptualization to actualization, and who understands the entire process of architecture design. If you believe that this is something that you can deliver, I’d love to hear from you!
