Asheville North Carolina Architectural Project and Code Review

An Architectural Designer in North Carolina needs a qualified Architect licensed in the State of North Carolina to review drawings for a renovation to an existing urban building. The renovation is to an existing, unused basement space (~2,500 sf) converting it to two rental apartments.
Successful candidate will work with the Owner (and Architectural Designer) specifically on preparing a "Ready for Submission" package of drawings for the City of Asheville. Preliminary drawings are prepared and review is needed to assure they meet code and then an Appendix B needs to be prepared. The project will move forward on an hourly basis as work is completed.
