We are building a residential assisted living facility. Building must adhere to COMAR regulations as they pertain to assisted living facilities.
We are looking for a driven licensed in Maryland Architect who has excellent communication skills to help us complete our project.
To begin we need our drawing to be revised to provide us with a stamped site plan which we will used for permitting.
We also would like to have 3-d and/or 2-d digital renderings completed which will be used to showcase the vision on the project and for marketing purposes
We have attached an initial site drawing that you can use to create the site plans requested.
