Ground floor office redesign

We have a ground floor office space. We have one person in this area at present.
We would like to design it for 3 people. The area has four sides, one side is 30 ft the opposite side is 19 ft, the length is 23 ft. We are an engineering office so we are sometimes looking at 2 ft x 3 ft drawings.
There is one hallway on the 30 ft wall that leads to other areas in our office.
There is also a set of stairs on the 30 ft wall that goes to our second floor.
There is a window running the full length of the 23 ft wall. This window is 42 inches above the floor.
The whole office area is covered in a blue/grey wall to wall broadloom.
