This project covers the complete structural design of a three-storey (G+2) commercial building built entirely in reinforced concrete. All load-bearing elements—foundations, columns, beams, slabs and stair cores—must be sized, analysed and detailed so the drawings can go straight to permitting and construction. Scope of work • Model and analyse gravity, wind and seismic loads using any recognised structural software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000) that you are comfortable with. • Produce clear structural drawings in DWG/PDF: plans, elevations, sections, schedules and typical connection details. • Provide a calculation report and bar-bending schedule that match the drawings. • Coordinate with architectural grids and floor heights supplied after award. Design constraints • Concrete is the chosen material for the entire frame. • All design decisions must comply with current local building codes; no international or corporate standards are needed unless they help demonstrate equivalence. Acceptance criteria 1. Calculations show factors of safety and deflection limits within code allowances. 2. Drawings are dimensionally consistent and reference the same grid and levels as the architectural set. 3. Reinforcement detailing follows standard local practice and lap lengths are clearly labelled. 4. A final package (drawings + report) is delivered in both editable and PDF formats and passes third-party review without major revisions.
