Modern-Historic Restaurant Design

@EdwardR048

Hello, I am interested in your restaurant renovation and interior design project. I have experience with restaurant renovations, residential-to-commercial conversions, interior design, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings. I can help redesign the dining area and restrooms while preserving the historic character of the home and introducing modern, functional, and welcoming elements. I can develop the space planning, finishes, lighting concepts, furniture/fixture selections, and coordinated design drawings while keeping the existing architectural character in mind. Please send the existing floor plans, photos, project location, and any available historic-property requirements. I can review the information and discuss the design approach, scope, timeline, and fee. Thank you.
