Scaled Residence Plan & Elevations

I’m ready to move from sketches to a full architectural package for my new home and need a professional set of drawings produced to scale imperial (⅛" = 1'-0"). The design language is spanish territorial (flat roofs) and Spanish Colonial, so think graceful arches, stucco walls, and a patios and windows that welcomes clay tiles. A preiminary floor plan will be provided and exterior images with desired styles. Core layout requirements • Two story floor plan with roof top terrace * Floor plan must feature a flowing Living Room, an efficient Kitchen, and at least three bedrooms. • Please weave in three key extras: a dedicated Home Office, an inviting Outdoor Patio for the main floor and both guest bedrooms that links naturally to the living space. Deliverables • Fully dimensioned floor plan in PDF and DWG. * Provide at least two revisions for the floor plan and exterior drafts. • Four exterior elevations that match the plan. • A brief roof outline and basic door/window schedule so everything coordinates. • Imperial scales shown clearly on every sheet. * Two weeks from project acceptance to complete. Acceptance I’ll consider the work complete once the PDFs print accurately at scale and the DWG layers are clean, editable, and true to the Spanish territorial and Colonial aesthetic described above.
