I have a new single-family home in California (zip CA 93821) that must clear Title 24, 2022 code cycle energy-efficiency requirements before I can submit for permit. I already have the architectural plans; what I still need is the full energy-compliance package prepared, stamped, and ready for plan-check. You will run the model in CBECC-Res or equivalent approved software, optimise as needed to pass, and produce all standard documents—CF1R, performance reports, and any XML files the jurisdiction requests. If minor tweaks to insulation values, glazing specs, or mechanical schedules are required, please flag them so my designer can update the drawings immediately.
