Traditional Home Design Plans

This project centers on a new residential build that should feel timeless rather than trendy. I need complete design-and-planning support—from the first concept sketch through a permit-ready drawing set—while keeping every decision rooted in a classic, traditional aesthetic. Scope • Develop concept layouts, elevations, and exterior studies that capture a warm, traditional character. • Produce detailed floor plans, sections, and facade drawings ready for local authority submission. • Integrate structural, MEP, and basic site information so the builder can price and schedule confidently. I already have a room list, site dimensions, and inspiration images ready to share. Working files in AutoCAD or Revit are preferred, with clean, print-ready PDFs for each issued set. One revision round after my feedback will complete the engagement.
