As a production unit undergoing constant transformation, I'm seeking a skilled Employee Performance Management System (PMS) reviewer to robustly evaluate, collect feedback, and set performance goals for our employees, looking consultant from India / who can visit in person to the factory for reviews. Key responsibilities: - Conducting performance evaluations based on productivity, quality of work, and attendance punctuality. - Collecting performance feedback via one-on-one discussions and tools-based responses. - Objective setting to align with our business growth plans and processes. - Objective to review the set KPIs along with JDs for each role in factory. Ideal candidate should have: - Proven experience in performance management or similar roles. - Excellent knowledge and experience in dealing with traditional and digital feedback collection methods. - Strong communication skills to conduct effective one-on-one meetings. - Prior experience in setting goal-oriented performance indicators. This role requires someone with a keen eye for performance metrics and who has an empathetic approach to feedback collection.
