We are looking for Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE / BDM ) for our company. We are a very well-established IT company based in India. We are mainly in lead generation and RPO.
What we are looking for :
1) We are looking for someone who is resilient and strong in communication with a background in computer science & processes at least basic knowledge of the IT industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
2) You will be responsible for driving the company sales by sourcing new clients and also by offering and extending continuous services for a longer duration to existing clients.
1) Identify, pursue and obtain new business opportunities
2) Generate business from online bidding portals.
3) Interact with international calls.
4) Gathering and understanding project requirements, carrying out the brainstorming session.
5) Drafting the proposal, proposing the suitable solution and making the presentation.
6) Negotiate and close the sales of Lead generation and Recruitment projects.
7) Direct reporting to our CEO.
1) 3+ years of experience as BDE or BDM in B2B experience
2) Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media platforms.
3) Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.
4) A ‘can do’ attitude
5) Have resourceful & outstanding research skills.
6) Knowledge of CRM tools & software.
7) Great networking skills.
