Retail Domain Expert for AI-Powered Retail Platform

We are building an innovative AI-powered retail platform designed specifically for supermarket, hypermarket, and grocery retail operations. We are looking for an experienced Retail Domain Expert who has worked in medium to large retail organizations and understands retail business processes, operations, challenges, and best practices. The selected expert will work closely with our product team to help define requirements, validate business workflows, and ensure the platform addresses real-world retail needs. Responsibilities Provide retail business expertise and industry best practices. Review and validate product requirements. Define retail operational workflows and business processes. Advise on store operations, merchandising, pricing, promotions, loyalty, inventory, replenishment, and customer experience. Participate in workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Help prioritize features based on business value. Review prototypes and provide feedback. Support creation of AI use cases for retail decision-making. Preferred Experience 10+ years experience in supermarket, hypermarket, grocery, or retail operations. Experience in one or more areas: Store Operations Merchandising Category Management Pricing & Promotions Supply Chain Inventory Management Loyalty Programs E-commerce Retail Retail Analytics Experience working with retail systems such as ERP, POS, Loyalty, CRM, WMS, Replenishment, or Pricing solutions. Experience participating in digital transformation projects is a strong advantage. Previous consulting experience is a plus. Deliverables Retail business process documentation. Feature recommendations and prioritization. Validation of retail workflows. Business requirements and use cases. Feedback on product design and functionality.
