B2B Business Developer for AI, Innovation & Digital Transformation Services (Freelance – Milestone-Based) This is a freelance business development project focused on promoting high-value services in AI, innovation, and digital transformation to companies. The role is fully commercial. You will not be required to deliver the services directly. Your main responsibility will be to present the services to potential clients, manage sales conversations through calls and video calls, and close contracts with interested companies. Key Responsibilities Develop B2B opportunities from provided leads Present services to companies and manage calls/video calls Build relationships with entrepreneurs, managers, and decision-makers Manage the full sales cycle through contract closure Keep the CRM updated Requirements Proven experience in B2B business development for high-ticket services Experience working with C-level executives and senior decision-makers Experience in the European market Strong English and Italian skills Availability aligned with European time zones Collaboration Model Freelance (VAT-registered / self-employed) Compensation is strictly milestone-based Milestones are linked exclusively to contracts successfully closed Payment is proportional to the value of each closed deal No fixed fee, salary, retainer, or other compensation is provided Additional Note This role is focused exclusively on business development and contract closing. Service delivery and operational execution are not part of the project.
