UAE Industry Connector / Business Development Partner for Customized ERP Solutions We are looking for skilled professionals, especially with experience in the UAE market, who can connect with business owners, factory owners, managers, or decision-makers and understand their operational challenges and software requirements. Your role is not direct selling. Your responsibility is to: Approach and connect with industry decision-makers Understand their business processes, pain points, and software requirements Identify opportunities where customized ERP/software solutions are needed Arrange meetings between interested businesses and our team Act as a communication bridge between clients and us Our team will design and build customized ERP/software solutions based on the client’s specific requirements. Ideal Candidate: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience approaching business owners or decision-makers Ability to understand client requirements and business operations Professional networking or business development background preferred Experience in UAE industries/business environment is a plus Compensation: This is a long-term opportunity. In addition to fixed project compensation performance-based percentage/revenue sharing will be offered after successful deal closures.
