Job Title Commission-Based Business Development Partner (75% Profit Share) – Web Development Services Role Overview I am a full-stack web developer running a growing digital services business focused on building modern websites and web applications. I am looking for a highly motivated Business Development Partner / Salesperson who can identify potential clients, handle sales conversations, close deals, and coordinate project delivery with me. This is a performance-based, long-term partnership opportunity where you earn 75% of the profit from every successfully closed deal and delivered project. Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients who need web development services Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements Present service offerings and negotiate project pricing Close deals and onboard clients Act as the primary point of contact between the client and developer Ensure smooth communication during project execution Assist in collecting payments and managing expectations Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or business development Strong background in client management and communication Ability to independently generate leads and close deals Comfortable selling digital services (websites, web apps, SaaS, dashboards) Basic understanding of how web development projects work Experience with proposal writing and deal structuring Fluent in written and spoken English Ideal Candidate Profile You are: Self-motivated and goal-oriented Results-driven with a closing mindset An excellent communicator and negotiator Organized and reliable Comfortable working independently Interested in long-term partnership rather than one-off gigs Compensation Structure You will receive 75% of the profit from each successfully closed and delivered project No income cap — earnings depend on your performance Example: Client pays $1,000 Your share (75%) = $750 My share (25%) = $250 Payment will be made per completed milestone or per project (mutually agreed).
