Scope of Work: • Research and identify relevant target organizations across the United States • Connect with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, etc.) • Initiate conversations regarding vendor empanelment • Secure verified interest in empanelment discussions (email confirmations, meeting invites, or equivalent) • Provide insights into each company’s hiring challenges and recruitment gaps Deliverables: • A curated list of high-quality target companies • Verified proof of engagement or interest from each organization • Brief notes on hiring needs and pain points to support our pitch strategy Success Criteria: We value quality over quantity. Success will be measured by: Relevance of companies approached Authentic engagement with decision-makers Conversion into empanelment discussions Ideal Candidate: • Strong network in US IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related sectors • Proven experience in B2B business development or recruitment partnerships • Ability to engage senior stakeholders • Existing warm leads will be a significant advantage About Us: Feonix IT Solutions is a growing recruitment and technology solutions provider focused on delivering high-quality talent solutions across industries.
