Business Development Specialist for Software Projects -- 2

I run a full-stack software house capable of delivering custom software, healthcare, industrial automations & e-commerce solutions, cybersecurity and mobile apps. What I need now is a results-driven business development specialist who can translate that technical horsepower into signed projects. Your core mission is to own the entire sales cycle for UAE, UK, North American prospects— from the very first cold call through to contract signature— while I and my technical team handle scoping and delivery. The sweet spot we want to penetrate consists of Healthcare, Retail, and Finance organizations that are looking for new or replacement digital solutions. How you’ll work with me • Prospect: Identify decision-makers and initiate contact by phone (your preferred method). • Qualify & Capture Needs: Hold discovery calls, gather requirements, and keep notes clear enough for my architects to quote accurately. • Propose & Negotiate: Craft persuasive proposals, steer pricing discussions, and secure agreement on scope, timeline, and terms. • Close & Handover: Finalize the paperwork, collect the initial deposit, then brief our tech leads so production can start seamlessly. Commission structure Every project you close earns you a pre-agreed percentage of the contract value. Bigger deals mean bigger payouts, and there is no cap. Payments release immediately after the client’s first milestone is funded. Acceptance criteria A deal counts as closed when: 1. The client signs our standard services agreement. 2. The initial milestone is funded on the platform. 3. A complete handover brief is delivered to my team.
