We work with brands that want design that's thoughtful, tactile, and intentionally distinct - not templated, not generic. Our work spans brand identity, packaging, website design, social media, editorial, and art direction. The Role We're looking for a self-driven, commission-based Business Development Representative to help us find and close new clients. You won't be doing the creative work — you'll be opening doors. If you're a natural connector who loves selling work you genuinely believe in, this is for you. What You'll Do     •    Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, D2C brands, restaurants, lifestyle businesses, etc.)     •    Pitch 404Creatives' services and set up introductory calls     •    Manage leads and follow-ups until the deal is closed     •    Hand off signed clients to our creative team What We Offer     •    15% commission on every project you close     •    5% recurring commission on monthly retainer clients, for as long as they stay     •    No cap on earnings - the more you close, the more you make     •    Full creative portfolio and pitch materials provided     •    Flexible, remote, and fully independent - work on your own schedule Services You'll Be Selling     •    Brand Identity & Visual Systems     •    Illustration-led Design     •    Packaging Design     •    Website Design     •    Social Media Design & Management     •    Editorial & Newsletter Design     •    Art Direction & Creative Direction Who We're Looking For     •    Someone with a network in the startup, D2C, food & beverage, lifestyle, or creative industries     •    Prior experience in sales, BD, or client servicing at a creative/marketing/design agency is a big plus     •    Strong communicator - written and verbal     •    Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need hand-holding (The listed budget is a placeholder; compensation is fully commission-based and tied to projects closed.)
