I’m looking for a results-driven business development partner who can open doors for my 11 year old IT staffing firm within large corporations. Your mission is simple and laser-focused: consistently bring in qualified enterprise-level leads in IT staffing that convert into billable placements. Here’s how I picture our collaboration working: you research and identify target enterprises, reach the right decision-makers—HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, or project directors—and secure discovery calls or RFP opportunities. I’ll supply any technical insight you need to bring the conversations that matter. Deliverables • A steady pipeline of verified enterprise prospects (contact name, title, email, phone, company, brief need summary) • Identify and approach potential clients with IT hiring needs • Scheduled introductory meetings or signed MSAs/RFQs resulting from your outreach • Weekly activity recap highlighting prospects added, touchpoints made, and next actions Acceptance Criteria • Leads must be within companies exceeding 1,000 employees and actively using external IT staffing vendors • Contact details and meeting dates must be verifiable • Payment is made only when a new client signs a vendor agreement AND onboard atleast one candidate • Conversion targets and commission tiers will be agreed upon before kickoff
