I lead an early-stage, bootstrapped ESG advisory that helps small and mid-sized manufacturers embed sustainability into everyday operations. With demand rising, I’m looking for a professional who can take charge of Business Development, Sales and Marketing so we can deepen our footprint across India, expand through the wider Asia-Pacific corridor and, in time, compete on a global stage. You should be comfortable translating standards such as GRI, CDP, TCFD and India’s BRSR into clear commercial value for plant heads, CFOs and supply-chain managers. A strong grasp of manufacturing supply chains, procurement drivers and decarbonisation pain points is essential, as is the ability to nurture relationships through modern tools—LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar—and turn them into paying engagements. Deliverables • Generate a minimum of 30 qualified SME manufacturing leads each month and record every touchpoint in our shared CRM. • Produce a concise market-entry plan for each new geography, highlighting competitor positions, ideal client profiles and messaging angles. • Craft sales collateral—decks, one-pagers, webinar outlines—aligned to the ESG concerns of manufacturers. • Secure at least two strategic partnership opportunities per quarter with industry associations, certifiers, lenders or technology vendors that strengthen our value proposition. Acceptance will be based on lead quality, clarity of reporting and the conversion rate achieved during the first ninety days.
