Requirements UAE Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven business development experience in the UAE IT sector. Residency: Must be a current UAE resident with a valid residency visa. Communication: Native or professional fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage for the UAE market. Network: A pre-existing portfolio of industry contacts and decision-maker access. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling abilities. Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are often preferred for client visits.
