We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to bring mid-to-high value full-stack projects and build long-term client relationships. Cloud Services & Deployment 6. Enterprise & Scalable Systems # Project Scope :- 1. Mid to High-complexity engagements 2. Complete Full-stack projects 3. Long-term, high-value contracts 4. Any industry or domain # What You’ll Do :- 1. Generate qualified leads and close deals 2. Handle client communication and discovery calls 3. Sell complex full-stack solutions 4. Coordinate with technical teams for proposals 5. Onboard clients and manage relationships 6. Hit monthly revenue targets # Must-Have Experience :- 1. IT services sales or BDE background 2. 30K+ USD closed-deal portfolio 3. Ability to generate 10K+ USD per month in revenue 4. Experience selling mid to high-level software projects 5. International client exposure 6. Excellent English and negotiation skills # Bonus :- 1. SDLC or Agile knowledge 2. CRM tools experience 3. Strong closing mindset # Screening Questions (Mandatory) :- 1. Revenue generated in the last 6 months 2. Two to three mid or high-level full-stack deals closed (value and client type) 3. Lead-generation channels you use 4. How do you handle pricing objections and negotiations 5. Monthly revenue you can realistically deliver # Important :- Entry-level candidates will not be considered. We are looking for experienced IT sales closers who can immediately drive revenue.
