Local Business Development Partner

I’m expanding our BPO/KPO service footprint and need someone already living in the USA or UK who can meet prospects face-to-face, introduce our capabilities, and turn those conversations into signed projects. Your day will revolve around identifying nearby small businesses that can benefit from outsourcing, arranging in-person meetings, presenting our deck (I’ll supply all collateral), and steering negotiations until the agreement is in place. Because our focus is strictly on BPO/KPO work for small businesses, I’m looking for genuine networking ability, clear communication, and the confidence to discuss processes, SLAs, and pricing on the spot. Previous experience in client acquisition or business development will help you hit the ground running, but attitude and local presence matter most. This partnership is flexible—treat it as a part-time side hustle or grow it into a full-time role. Each converted project earns an attractive commission, and consistent performance opens the door to a long-term, revenue-share arrangement with our international delivery team.
