From there I want you to start opening doors: suggest the best distribution channels, initiate conversations with prospective buyers or agents, and keep me briefed on local trade regulations or cultural factors that might affect launch timelines. Deliverables I expect in the first phase: • Country-wise insight report highlighting consumer tastes, spending power and seasonality • Shortlist of at least five credible retail or distribution partners in each territory (with contact details) • Outline of a go-to-market plan covering launch positioning, projected sales milestones and any regulatory steps If we work well together this role can extend into continuous sales follow-up, trade-show representation and long-term brand building.
