I’m looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can consistently bring in two web-development projects a month and earn far beyond the ₹5,000 base through a 15 % commission on every deal—plus an extra bonus whenever you close more than two projects in the same month. Your day-to-day is simple: identify promising startup founders, start genuine conversations (I’ve found LinkedIn and cold email work well, but you’re free to use any platform or tactic that delivers results), qualify their needs for websites or web apps, and guide them through to a signed contract. Although our core skill set easily adapts to healthcare, e-commerce, education or any other sector, your initial prospecting should keep the startup world front and centre. Fluent English, a basic grasp of how modern sites and apps are built, and prior success in sales or lead generation will help you ramp up quickly. I’ll provide service decks, past case studies, and pricing guidance so you’re never pitching blind.
