Sales Representative for SPL Spices

**Job Title:** Sales Representative **Location:** Kota, Rajasthan **Company:** SPL Spices **Job Summary:** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to expand our market presence in Kota and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing distributor/retailer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the SPL Spices brand in the local market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail counters in the assigned territory. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. * Conduct regular market visits to take orders, ensure product visibility, and monitor competitor activity. * Develop strong relationships with retailers, chefs, hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. * Ensure proper product placement, branding, and promotional activities at retail outlets. * Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues as per company policy. * Provide market feedback on pricing, demand trends, and customer preferences. * Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team for smooth order execution. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. * 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or food & spices sales (freshers with strong local market knowledge may also apply). * Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (local language mandatory). * Knowledge of Kota retail and wholesale market. * Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned area. **Compensation & Benefits:** * Fixed salary + performance-based incentives. * Travel allowance. * Opportunity for growth in a fast-expanding spices brand. **Reporting To:** Area Sales Manager / Sales Head **Employment Type:** Full-time, Field Sales This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in FMCG sales with a growing Indian spices brand like SPL Spices.
