La tarea consiste en conseguir y cerrar acuerdos con empresas que puedan derivar clientes interesados en el desarrollo de páginas web a mi estudio. No limito el tipo de compañías; agencias de marketing, firmas tecnológicas, estudios de diseño gráfico u otro perfil que encaje son bienvenidos siempre que aporten leads cualificados. El incentivo que ofrezco es un porcentaje escalable, calculado mediante la combinación de dos variables: 1. El número de clientes que la empresa me derive. 2. El valor final de cada proyecto contratado. Cuantos más proyectos y mayor sea su importe, mayor será la comisión para el socio, de modo que ambas partes crezcamos de forma proporcional. Entrego materiales de venta (portafolio, casos de éxito y rangos de precios) y mantengo comunicación directa para afinar cada oportunidad. El resultado esperado es una primera lista de alianzas firmadas y operativas, con un proceso de seguimiento acordado para medir los clientes entregados y aplicar el porcentaje correspondiente.
