Scope of work • Map the North American landscape of national chains—think Walmart, Kroger, Costco, and comparable retailers—and pinpoint the decision-makers responsible for household or appliance accessories. • Leverage your existing network (ideally in water-filter, appliance, or consumables categories) to introduce our SKU range and gather each retailer’s onboarding requirements, category margins, and volume expectations. • Arrange introductory calls or meetings that I can attend, then brief me on any paperwork, compliance tests, or planogram details the chain requires. Timeline & reporting There is no rigid deadline; depth of access matters more than speed. I do expect fortnightly progress notes summarizing contacts made, next actions, and any hurdles so we can adjust strategy quickly. Acceptance criteria 1. A verified contact list with direct phone numbers or emails for each relevant buyer or category manager. 2. At least three meaningful conversations or meeting invitations with national chains. 3. A short report outlining listed requirements, expected volumes, and commercial terms discussed.
