Similar to [url removed, login to view], buyers can buy pixels for $1USD, 1 million pixels are available, and the prize is $500,000 USD, to be drawn after all pixels are purchased, based on a random pixel draw. A zoom function is available to select pixels, and a drag function to select multiple pixels should the buyer wish. Multiple pixel purchases can incorporate a buyers design, as in [url removed, login to view], where companies can advertise their logos.

I am a real novice...with an idea and no idea how to make it happen. Anyway I want someone who can set up this project completely, from registering a domain name, to hosting, to creating a paypal (or similar) type way to buy the pixels, and a way to select a winner at random in the end. I need help with legal obligations regarding this lotto type of thing, with a large prize of this sort, and terms & conditions to protect myself. I want a traffic counter, and a pixel counter to know how many pixels are left, and how many have been purchased. A preview function, so the buyer can select pixels he/she wants while zoomed in, then preview the actual size when zoomed out. I want the whole thing to be very simple. the pixels overlayed on a light picture of a pile of cash. And if companies buy a group of pixels with their logo, it can automatically link to their site. I think it seems like a simple project. I just have no idea where to start.
