Job Description:
We are looking to hire a "Digital Marketing Business Developer" for our Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Graphic Design agency.
We are a Mexico-based nearshore agency that provides high-quality services at highly competitive prices to the US market.
The "Digital Marketing Business Developer" position is responsible for attracting new business with established companies in the United States that wish to expand their capabilities and business locally or internationally.
We see a special opportunity in Latin American companies that sell products or services in the United States to American or Latin audiences.
The profile we are looking for must have the ability to identify business opportunities, offer the agency's services, and negotiate the best service conditions for the customer and us.
Payment will be a base salary plus commissions for each negotiated and billed project.
The mode of work is home office, but we have offices in Mexico City and Miami, Florida USA.
Set of skills required for the position:
+ Native / Fluent in English.
+ Ideal if bilingual (Spanish).
+ Proven experience in sales and business development.
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Proactivity and ability to identify new business opportunities
+ Understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts
+ Experience working with US-based companies, ideally in the Latin American market
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong organizational and project management skills
+ Ability to work in a home office environment
+ Fluency in English (and Spanish if possible)
+ Understanding of the cultural differences in the US market
+ Knowledge of CRM tools
+ Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
+ Strong networking skills.
