Dll Injector/Simple IRC

Hello, I am looking for a c++ .net programmer who can make an application that does the following: 1. Create a Hardware ID from the users processor serial and hard disk drive serial. 2. Create a system that can download news from my server and display the news in the news tab(see the screenshot). 3. Download .zip files(it should read the file names from a .ini file located on my server) from my server. The zip file will contain a file called something.dll. 4. Now, this [login to view URL] file is very important for me and i want it to be kept as secure as possible, so what you will have to do is download the zip file, extract the .dll and directly put the .dll into memory so that no one can intercept it. After this it should wait for the appropriate process to start and then inject the .dll file into it making sure that it is well hidden and secure. 5. Implement a simple IRC system so that users can chat with each other, the irc should display all logged is users and also the number of users playing a game(its in the game that you are supposed to inject the dll files). 6. Make a "Report" system that will allow the user to type in a message which will be emailed to me. I will give you full code for the login part(does NOT involve mysql or any database stuff).
