I have a C# application that instantiates a web server which receives notifications over a defined tcp port. There is a thread which triggers the server when a certain function is called. The socket connection does not appear to terminate when the thread terminates. This causes two issues: 1) When the application terminates, I still see it as a running process in task manager. 2) When the thread is re-instantiated, the system fails and states that the tcp port used is already open.
I need someone to correct these two issues. I will send source code to the programmer chosen.

1. You should terminate the app internall, not from thread. If from thread, you should do loop with checking exists within the loop. 2. Thread should be abort, and the close before re-initiated the same thread.
