Program will satisfy the following criteria: -Be a standalone program that will batch revise and manipulate objects and attributes in AutoCAD drawings based on user input. -User defined actions will be on a module type basis. -Will consist of main console where modules can be added to later. -Modules will be in a tab based format and consist of a set of selectable parameters for user to perform function. -Must be able to be installed without administrative privileges. -Revise AutoCAD drawing versions 2000-2007 -Include a registration key system -Be easily web updatable for compatibility with new AutoCAD revisions -No preference to programming language Bid to include: -Creation of the main console and one module -Per hour price for extra modules -Any other pertinent information Bidder to have: -Proven track record of great customer service. -Demonstratable experience working with AutoCAD drawing files.

Can the result program use AutoCAD OLE functions? Or we must read the DXF file format(DXF is closed)? In any case, I have an experience in dealing with AutoCAD OLE and DXF reading. Can you send me the full requirements specification?
