C++ Coursework STL and MFC

Please see the attached PDF file as complete description. I need to get a documented and completed job like Reports, Documentation and all mentioned in the PDF file. As this is not a commercial project rather a simple University Coursework, so this job wont be a challange at all. I am concerned about the cost so lower bids will be highly considered.

The Software:


The software needs to provide the following functionality:

It is necessary to be able to add details of new vehicles to the system and to delete vehicles from the database. An operator can search for a vehicle in the database using the registration number. The operator can also browse forwards and backwards through the database. The data needs to be stored permanently in text files on the local hard drive. The data in the files should be stored either as comma separated values (CSV) or XML. Therefore, functions for loading data from files and for saving data from memory into a file are required. The operator can start an observation and the system returns a random registration number from the internal database (this simulates an approaching vehicle and the number plate recognition system). With the random registration number obtained, the system displays the details of the vehicle.

The system has to be tested and evaluated against a pre-developed test plan. Any errors encountered need to be logged and rectified.

In order to increase maintainability of your software, you have to follow a programming style guide, which is available on the modules web page.
