Radio Station Desktop Application

We require a player to be created to install much like this one : [login to view URL] The only differences are, it will have options to select between three audio streams. Once the stream window is open for that radio station - there will be an option to view the web camera in the application ( maybe pops open a small side box to view ) It will have an update auto detection - and download latest update when a new one is detected - if the user chooses to. The size will be bigger and will have adverting pulled from the web site in to sections in the player. ( about three sections side column, Top scroller and bottom. Three buttons on the top for radio selection and will open up the mid section with start and stop functions When the player is playing a song - we want msn messenger to display " now playing ...." so needs to detect the stream or what is playing on the computer.
