Software: BLDC Motor Control Routine in 'C'

Design/provide 3-phase BLDC motor driver software in 'C' (no assembley language code; unless needed for initial setup); 3 Hall-Effect devices providing commutation feeback; running on Texas Instruments TMS320LF2406; Requires parameterized 'dead-zone' to set delay between turn-on and turn-off of gates of power switching devices; Mono-phase motor driving strategy; 6-step trapezoidal drivin strategy; work with both 'Y' and 'DELTA' more phase wire configuration; detailed comments required (English) that makes it possible to understand code and software operation for someone who doesn't know 'C'; a '[url removed, login to view]' file that contains the record of the work done that shows both the problems experienced to do the work and the solutions to overcome the problems would be appreciated and helpful;
