iOS Photo Application in Need of Designer(s) Fast!

We have an app we are looking to create for the iOS platform created FAST. Job will be posted for 3 days only. This is not a simple application and we need a VERY talented professional team of designers. I will explain more of the details after an NDA is signed. Project Details: -Edit Photos -Multi-screen application (8 or 9) -iTunes API -Camera roll -Various filters, Captions, and other additional UI tools -Facebook and Twitter API for sharing and sign-in -Smooth UI -Beautiful graphic designs Designer Preferences: - -4 Star Rating and Higher -80% and above project completion rate -over 300 oDesk hours -Must have working relationship with graphic designer(s) -100% on budget and on time -2 or more iOS applications in their portfolio ***Previous experience with a photo editing application is a must, if you have no experience please do not bid. And previous SDKs are encourage for basic elements of application.*** A Skype phone interview will be necessary. Good English is a must, we will have to be able to communicate with one another. A fast completion time will also be required for this project. The application will need to run iOS6 on all iOS devices.
