Program in C or C#, plays on Windows XP+ Program is required to stream RTMP or MPEG-2 TS streams from? proprietary playlists to video servers.? Program shall continuously read proprietary playlist files (approx. every minute) to maintain up to date schedule of what is to be streamed. Program requires an installer. Program Interface allows for infinite number streams, each new stream will have a text field to add the Stream Name, and has config settings (browse to) for:? UNC path to playlist file, UNC path to clip library and drop down selection for RTMP or MPEG-2 streaming, depending on protocol selected, drop downs or text fields to provide stream info or settings. Each stream shall include Start and Stop buttons. Each stream shall be displayed on the same page, however a search function will exist at the top and bottom of the page to search by Stream Name. ? Streams containing identical stream names or output information are not allowed. Proprietary? Playlists currently allow video files to be either real video files or redirectors.? The redirector files are required so that "live" video streams can also be streamed. Program must support the parsing of redirector files. Programmer to state which types of redirector files will be supported.
