Write a code for SIM800 GSM relay switch

Job Description:
The task is to write a code for the SMS operated GSM relay board.
The GSM module is SIM800. It is connected to ATmega328p via Software Serial connection.
There are two relays that need controlling. Simple ON and OFF function.
I would also like to add SMS temperature query to the code.
The temperature sensor is MCP9700.
Optionally:
two analog to digital channels
ADC_15 and
ADC_30
They are 15V and 30V voltage monitoring channels.
Error report and watchdog timer reset would be welcome features.
Relay control SMS should be "One on", "One off", "Two on", "Two off".
There should also be an option to control the relays in timed manner. Example "One on 10" will turn relay one for 10 minutes.
Once command sent, a feedback SMS should be sent back. For example: "Relay one turned ON".
I would like to be able to send a "Status" SMS to the board and receive back a temperature of the measured environment and the state of the relays.
ATmega328 has Arduino UNO bootloader and the code should be compatible with the Arduino IDE.
Hardware serial can be used for debugging and control.
