Basic Twitter DLL

We have a skeleton of a dll. This dll is used to send trades to MB Trading via there MB Trading Navigator SDK ([login to view URL]). As can be seen in the same, orderid is passed in and should be a reference for the other functions to find the order. There is sample source code attached in a CodeBlocks project that shows the variables being passed to the application. The developer should create a test program to actually test the functionalty, but need not provide the test program as a deliverable.
