Project Objective Create a secure desktop login application that allows operators to use the client's data-entry software only when their account and license are active. Administrators can enable, disable, renew, and monitor operator access from a web-based admin panel. Overall Workflow 1. Operator powers on the company-provided PC. 2. Login Application launches automatically. 3. Operator enters Login ID and Password. 4. Application validates credentials with the backend server. 5. Backend checks: • Account status (Active/Disabled) • License expiry • Device authorization • Payment status 6. If valid, the Login Application launches the Data Entry Software. 7. If invalid, access is blocked and an appropriate message is displayed.
