I need a small but robust utility that runs on Nintendo Switch 2 and helps players squeeze the best possible performance out of their games. The core focus is performance optimisation: analysing in-game behaviour, identifying bottlenecks on the fly and applying smart tweaks so titles load faster, maintain steadier frame rates and feel more responsive. What I picture is a lightweight overlay or background service written in C/C++ (or another language supported by the official Switch 2 SDK) that: • profiles CPU, GPU and memory usage in real time, • applies dynamic setting adjustments or recommends the ideal presets, and • logs before/after metrics so users can clearly see the gains. SDK-compliant code, clean architecture, and clear developer documentation are essential so Nintendo’s certification process goes smoothly. Deliverables 1. Compiled NSP ready for test deployment on Switch 2 dev kits 2. Complete commented source code with build instructions 3. User-facing documentation (quick-start guide and feature list) 4. Technical report summarising performance benchmarks on at least two demanding titles Acceptance criteria • Demonstrated reduction in load times or frame-time variance of at least 10 % on test titles • No measurable increase in input latency • Passes Switch 2 memory and thermals compliance checks If you have prior experience with Switch (or similar embedded GPU devices), deep knowledge of performance counters, and are comfortable working within Nintendo’s closed environment, I’d love to discuss the details and timelines.
