The project is to create a ASP.NET c# webservice the SQL Server in the back. There is only one call to be implemented. -refill this method accepts the following parameters. decimal amount, string msisdn, string apikey, string externalid it returns an object with the following attributes: int statuscode, String statusmessage, String Transactionid, String provisioningresult it has to call a stored procedure named stproc_WEBSERVICE_REFILL (amount decimal, msisdn varchar(20), apikey varchar(100), externalid varchar(100) ) Your task is only to create the webservice and the call to the stored procedure I will code the SQL Server part. If completed by 29th of October a Bonus of 50 US will be paid.

I have already created many SQL server based web services in C#. I will create the "refill" method with the required parameters and a serialized Object will be returned, i will create the SP call stuff myself. Please provide Sql server script. Looking forward for bonus as well :)
