Basic Windows Form that updates Already Running Form from CMD Arguments

Built in Visual Studio 2008 or 2010 a Windows Form Application that gets launched by command line that accepts argument. The command line arguments start a windows form naming the thread or Form as CMD arg1 and other Args will simply append a textbox on the the active Form. The form will remain active and if the program is run again it will look At CMD arg1 and if the name is the same it will append the Active Form or Thread(s) textbox with the 2nd argument. If CMD Arg1 has a different name it will open a new form that is that same as Form1. This should be able to be launched as many times as requested and will maintain updating corresponding textboxes on the proper form until every form is closed.
