Design and implement a Clinic Management System. The system includes two modules: ADMIN
and STAFF.
Admin is responsible for maintaining the database containing data regarding the clinic. Admin
can add, delete, update, and search details of staffs, doctors, patients, medications, and
appointments. Admin can also generate the reports of staffs, doctors, patients, medications, and
appointments at a particular time.
For staff, the following information is required to register: Staff ID, username, password, date of
birth, phone number, email address, and employment status (part-time or full-time). Staff can
login and can view and update his/her personal details. Staff can also add, delete, update, and
search details of doctors, patients, medications, and appointments.
Doctor details include Doctor ID, phone number, email address, address, appointment listing,
etc.
Patient details include Patient ID, phone number, email address, address, appointment listing,
patients’ history, medications bought, etc.
Medications details include medication ID, medication name, medication category, number of
units ordered from supplier, number of units currently in the clinic, number of units sold, and the
selling price.
When an appointment is made, the system must check whether an appointment can be made
based on the availability of the doctor. If the doctor is not available, the system should display an
error message and request the staff to make another appointment at a different date and/or
time.
