Consume WCF service

Hi there, Attached is example c# code I am using inside a console .net core app to consume a WCF service (.svc) that I am currently hosting on IIS. The URL of the service in the format is first read from [login to view URL] (from Test app setting), format of url is https://servername/[login to view URL] Unfortunately, when I execute this code I get an error that says something like “Action and namespace already exist in understandable headers”. I need your help with following 2 things: 1. in adjusting attached C# code to make all errors go away(make this code work with no problems). 2. As part of your fixed code also provide example code how to obtain a status code back from sending the wcf request to the .svc service (200 Ok, etc). Ultimately, I will test your code on my own project and your solution will be considered final until your code works during my testing Thanks!
