Experienced Unity Developer - To complete RPG game development

We are in the final stages of development for our RPG game, however the current developer who is working on things is simply taking too long and his communication is very poor. Therefore, we ae looking for a talented individual to take over and complete the job. Musts: - Strong understanding of game development - Game design skills - Strong interest in RPG games (e.g. Final Fantasy Series) - Understanding of deploy to all devices, primarily focusing on Android and iOS (PC at a later stage) - Using git is essential - Ability to understand previous programmers work and adapt your style to work with what he has - Strong skill set in special effects and really giving the game the final polish that it will need 90% of the game is complete and its just finalising a few bits then bug fixing after that. Only serious bidders and I will not pay anything up front. I will setup fully paid milestones and only release them upon completion of work. Bonus: - We are looking at creating a multiplayer aspect of the game using Photon PUN Plus, which will be a small additional project which we can agree an small additional fee separately based on the how work goes with the main project.
