Laboratory Analyser (ASTM 1381 protocol) driver (C#)

We need to connect an Analyser to our LIS (Laboratory Information System) following the ASTM 1381 protocol.
The program must be able to communicate with the analyser as a TCPServer ou Client, and read or produce structured HL7 file in output/input (to/from the LIS).
The program should be installed as a windows service.
